Due to the constantly changing demands on companies, increasing productivity and improving efficiency and competitiveness are of growing importance for economic success. These can be achieved by making the administrative obligations contained in many legal and administrative regulations more practical.

The aim of the Technical Committee is to work towards ensuring that in the field of commercial and tax law the requirements placed on business are structured effectively and economically without restricting legal certainty. One essential aspect of the work of the Technical Committee is the exchange of experience between business, administration, advisory professions, science and other institutions on practical difficulties in the application of new or existing regulations. Another one is the development of simplification procedures in the individual working groups and project groups. This is followed by specialist consultation between practitioners and the legislator or regulatory body.
