As a public body within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für wirtschaftliche Verwaltung (e.V.) aims to make its websites barrier-free in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
This accessibility statement (as of 12.01.2022) applies to the versions of the following websites currently available on the internet:
- www.awv-net.de (de/en)
- www.ferd-net.de (de/en)
State of compatibility with the requirements
The accessibility requirements are derived from sections 3(1) to (4) and 4 of BITV 2.0, which was enacted on the basis of section 12d BGG.
The review of compliance with the requirements is based on a review conducted on 4 June 2021 by the Federal Monitoring Agency for Accessibility of Information Technology. Based on the results of the review, extensive improvements were initiated, some of which are still being implemented.
In a self-assessment conducted at the beginning of 2022, the Websites were found to be mostly compatible with the previously mentioned requirements due to the current revisions.
The website is currently being revised in accordance with the applicable requirements. We are working on the necessary processes to continuously improve the AWV's website in terms of digital accessibility.

- Keyboard control is not consistently possible on all pages.
